Welcome to our yoga classes! Our goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space for people of all levels to explore the practice of yoga in Barbados. We believe that yoga is more than just a physical practice, it’s a holistic approach to wellness that can benefit the mind, body, and spirit.

Wolf Yoga 101(Beginner)

This is an introductory class for students who are new to yoga and fitness sessions where the primary focus is stretching. This Class focuses on poses to stretch and strengthen the legs, back, and shoulders. Emphasis is given to the basic alignment of the standing poses, healthy posture in day-to-day tasks, and mindful breathing.

Gentle Wolf Yoga (All Levels)

A less vigorous class than Wolf Yoga 101. It includes gentle stretches, breathing, and simple movements designed to systematically increase the range of motion of every major joint and increase energy. This Class is ideal for students recovering from injury and those with chronic symptoms such as muscle/joint pain, stiffness, weakness, or fatigue.

Fundamentals of Vinyasa Wolf Yoga (Beginner to Intermediate)

Students will prepare for a more vigorous flow style of yoga (Vinyasa) that synchronizes breath with movement. It will offer a balance of strength, flexibility, and endurance to challenge the fitness enthusiast. The course will begin with instruction on the alignment of the poses and move toward linking all the poses together in a continuous flow by the end of the session.

What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Avoid baggy clothes that might get in the way during certain poses.

What if I have a physical limitation or injury?

Give us a call before booking a class. We’ll provide feedback on what modifications and variations can accommodate various needs and abilities.

Do I need prior yoga experience?

Absolutely not! Our classes are designed to be inclusive and welcoming to all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. 

Can I attend classes if I'm pregnant?

Of course, yoga can be a wonderful way to stay active and connected during pregnancy. However, we recommend speaking with your doctor before attending class.
